England did not need to win today nor did they need to draw, but you would think that capello would want to win all games in the competition. This is why I think that England purposely lost the game so that Croatia don’t qualify.

Last night England did not play great and Ukraine really were the better team.

With the last game being on Wednesday I believe that this could of been on purpose to prevent Croatia going through.

What is this I have heard about the England Vs Ukraine game being only live on internet.

I must admit I have not really looked into it much, but my understanding is that due setanta going bust kenaro bought the rights and no one else would buy them

The price is 4.99 until Thursday then it goes to 9.99 but if you buy it on Saturday it will be 11.99. I really think that this will pave the way for more of these stupid arrangements.

I think a governing body should step in.

Fabio Capello….Not good, Who, After Madrid Brilliant but England NO.

Capello has been a superb manager for Roma, Juventus, Real Madrid and at the minute England. Capello showed how good he was by in 2007 guiding real Madrid who had not won La Ligue since 2003 to there crown even though in march they were fourth and playing as a very average team.

Capello as England Manager has now beat the last two records of

1. ever being in a finals with two games to spare.

2. and also beating the record set by the 1966 team of 9 games unbeaten.

I am not getting my hopes up but signs are goos when even the opposition are saying that we are not playing englandish.

I dont know if it is true but there are articles popping up saying that some england players have been taken to hospital with food posioning ahead of tonight’s games against Ukraine??

England’s warm up match against Slovakia went very well. England showed there class and produced a supreme performance to be the deserved winners.

Also England showed there new England shirt which for me is very nice. I have always wanted a very basic top and now we have it.

Will you be singing for England??

Could this be the biggest April Fool that worked.

Capello’s announced that for the England games against Slovakia and Ukraine he would like to use Ledley King. At first thought this is a good decision considering that Ledley King is a hell of a player and he was superb for England in the Euro 2004.

Unfortunately tho if you look further into this King has suffered so many injuries that now he can only player football on the day and he is not allowed to even train inbetween games. King has a Knee injury that is probably never going to go away.

Thus at the announecment of Ledley King’s Shock England call up, Harry Redknapp called everyone in his phone book until some said OK he can come home not even 24 hours into his call up.

My question is….. Is this the best April Fool gag in footie yet??

Last night I think that every English person thought we had a very good chance of success in Seville. How were we wrong. Unfortunately I was watching Jimmy Carr so I did not see the match. But I am relaibly informed that the game was very for Spanish fans.
